    Lack of sleep is very bad. Protein as long as you get at least 80 grams a day, yeah it's not optimal but you'll be fine.

    This is why you should never get a female therapist. Women simultaneously lack the desire to help men, and lack the ability to understand their problems. Women literally cannot imagine a life that isn't easy.

    Ideally you want an older man, an experienced father figure who can advise you from the perspective of someone who has been through way more shit than you.

    If - if - you make the mistake of going for a female therapist then you should at least pick one with an adult son.
