    Literally don't eat, maybe have a fruit or vegetable here or a steak or chicken breast here or there to satiate you temporarily, but other than that, just dont eat.

    You'll find the weight melts off pretty fricking quickly

    Its just brutally hard to keep up. Its a big mental battle for someone who has been overeating their entire life to endure, but it is possible. Dont let anyone tell you "its easy brooo" its not, it will be hard, and you will hate it.

    Don't do that. Lose 1-2 pounds a week. If you're a fatty though you'll probably lose like 6-10 week just from dieting

    eat at a calorie deficit (high volume low calorie to make it easier)

    do as much cardio as possible

    alternatively

    Walk like 30k steps a day. I visited Evropa and walked that much every day while also eating whatever and I still lost like 20 lbs. Later I would work at a warehouse where i walked like 25k steps every day, ate whatever, and still lost another 20 lbs.

    I didn't eat for 24 or 26 days (I don't remember) this year. I just drank a lot of water and took Snake Juice salts every 2 days. I walked at least an hour every day, but 2 hours + most days and did 10 push ups, squats, 60s hollow body hold and 2 pull ups most days.

    I went from 232 to 195lbs during that time. I am back to 222 lbs after something like 3 months, but I eat a lot of sugar. Not sure how to "control it" normally. I do workout 3 times a week and run 5 miles on the weekend.

      Checked numbers. 26 days if you count 2 days where I "refed" with bone broth and spinach. Finished fast on May 20th. Gained 27 lbs since then. 10lbs was probably food / water weight that I regained almost immediately, so 205 - 222 in a matter of 2 months.

          I was the same. One year before my wedding I just decided to cut garbage but otherwise eat the same and as much as I want. Dropped from 220 to 180 in about 10 months.

          >no white bread
          >no candy
          >no pop
          >no processed freezer garbage besides weekend
          >no eating 2hrs before sleep

          Now I put some on, but as a lifestyle change I can't stand garbage food anymore, pop, candy etc. lost it's appeal. Bread is pretty awesome though.

            Cool. The funny thing is that I have previously convinced myself that I am getting "big" in the muscle sense since I do lift heavy. When I cut down to 195, it was very clear that I was just fat as frick. 180 is probably where I should be, maybe even 170.

            Anyway, good stuff.
