    From a lift that I didn't like at all to my most preferred one, I started with SL 5x5, and I kept all the compounds in my new program,

    You will make little to no progress in your lifts as a natty without them. Think of your legs as your most used bodypart, and you want to ditch them

    leg days are not important at all.
    once I achieved a reasonable weight amount on leg exercises i stopped focusing legs entirely and only do them once a week. you maintain muscle mass long enough that even a weekly workout will maintain gains for fucking decades once you achieve it.
    You won't be juicy, but you'll still be big.

    Depends on your genetics. My legs are most of my body and they hyper respond to stimulus. So I train them once a week or once every two weeks. I train them so hard that I have to go to sleep immediately after despite slamming caffeine preworkout. I'm 6'3" 195 14% bf with long femurs.

    are leg days useless? depends what you use your legs for. i hike and ride motocross so strong legs make these easier.

    Don't do it, training legs blows but having foot, knee and low back pain from weakness is worse. Just imagine that by training legs you are becoming a hulking monster instead of a twink and it will be more fun
