How important is diet?

How can Sam sulek eat whatever he wants and still be huge, what do he looks like if he ate 100% clean like Ronnie or jay cutler?

The importance of diet is directly proportionate to how much exercise you do. If you're doing only 6-10 sets a week you need significantly less protein than someone doing 15-20. If you're doing more intense cardio you're going need more carbs, calcium and electrolytes. The specifics of your diet should match the demands of your exercise. 'Holistic' food selection isn't as important as having a diet that meets those demands, it's really just a secondary optimization.

The roids are fricking up his liver and his system overall, and the food is making it worse, but he's still invincible due to age.
He's burning that candle from both ends tho.

Sam is on so many anabolics that he can eat anything and stay huge and shredded. When he does his cuts he mostly loses muscle. All that food is needed to keep him as big as possible. If he tried to eat like Ronnie or Jay I don't think he'd look as good as he does. He should keep doing his 1.5GOMAD and Krispy Kreme and all that. It's working for him in particular and individualization is the golden rule once you're passed the noob stage

I don't even know what morons like you think you are supposed to eat in order to gain muscle. You just need enough calories and enough protein. As long as you get those two in the correct amounts you'll get more muscle. It's literally that fricking simple. How can you be so moronic as to not understand this dead simple concept?

        >I'm asking what the difference would be if he ate clean autismo
probably less acne but it wouldn't go away since it's mainly caused by the roids, better health in general but it wouldn't offset the damage he's doing with the roids. He would potentially have cleaner health markers. Gains wouldn't change at all really since he already eats the most bioavailable sources of protein, steak, milk, and whey. Nothing significant would be different. If he really cleaned everything up seriously for a few months he could reduce his waistline by eliminating his visceral fat, of which he probably has a tremendous amount, which would then give him a better looking v taper

You can eat whatever and lift however when roiding (provided you're pinning enough, not "pussy TRT first cycle doses") and still get big when roiding.
Roidtroons will still claim you need to lift heavy, eat clean AND have good genetics to get big on roids to make it seem that they put in the work, when in reality roids really are a magic pill.

      Anonymous

Some people exercise and it does nothing. They can exercise and have such dog shit recovery for genetics that they will lose muscle from the stress of exercise. Some people take roids and it does jack shit. On the extreme end of that population is people that roid, it does nothing, and they also experience all of the negative effects like testicle shrinkage and enlarged organs while not gaining any muscle in the process. Some unfortunate bastards have both traits but it's rare. Might be 1 in 10,000 or 100,000.

Same thing works in reverse. Some people can barely exercise and make massive gains (they look like they work out before they ever touch a weight, like intermediate level by default). Some people can take the mildest doses of roids and get fricking huge (All Mr. Olympia winners are examples of hyper responders). Same level of rarity as the other group. Evenly distributed on the bell curve.

Where is Sam sulek on that scale? Good responder ?

          Anonymous

I would assume he's somewhere in the upper 80th+ percentile, but nobody could really say for certain without knowing his roid dosages and what he takes. Definitely up there in terms of response though. He also has generally good genetic muscle capability. He looked great before roids (presumably) when he was a diver.

Diet is 80% of having a good body.
Unless you're blasting steroids like Sam. In that case you eat as much as you want and whatever you want as long as you train hard.

The average person needs to eat clean.

  16. 2 weeks ago

Macros are macros, it doesn’t matter where you get them from.
A chicken sandwich from a fast food joint is an easy source of protein and carbs, which you need to build muscle.
Looking fit and being healthy are not the same thing. In a perfect world you become fit with healthy foods, but it is completely unnecessary, especially in your early 20’s.
And besides, Sam does eat relatively healthy. He eats steak and broccoli a lot on his channel, but people hyper fixate on the fact that he eats cereal and fast food occasionally.
