It has practically no correlation. There are people with perfect form, perfect rom, perfect everything and they are dyel. There are people with the most moronic form ever that are just swinging the weight with zero control and they have amazing physique.
Explain why? Is it because for hypertrophy all you need is to fatigue the muscles enough on a consistent business ?

I'm a dyel but I've made huge improvements to my training these past two months and I wonder this too. Honestly I think mind muscle connection is incredibly important just so you work the right muscles, but the two changes I made that really made a difference was using a slower controlled tempo and learning how to channel my inner moron strength in order to go to actual failure. I made these two changes at the same time so I have no clue which made the most impact, but the difference in my training is amazing. I'm getting so much stronger so much faster than before. I even lowered the weight on all of my lifts in order to focus on actually using the correct muscles with slow tempo and I'm already surpassing all my numbers by tons. I'd say just dial in every variable, I don't see why you wouldn't
People who swing the weight are often actually trying hard, which is the main factor. If you phone it in and do easy reps with good form, then you’re not going to get as far as someone who goes to failure while swinging the weight.
The recent research also says that lengthened partials are as good as full ROM, which supports what the bros have been doing for a while.
Form is important for a couple reasons:
Making sure the muscle(s) you want to work are main target of stimulation
Preventing yourself from being injured
Lifting (close) to failure atleast 10 sets per muscle group per week, consuming adequate protein and calories and maximising rest, consistently, is the best way to increase your muscle mass

There's technique to ""maximize"" form, which is complete bullshit, 3.5/4 reps are better an they get you more reps with more weight unlike muh fricking weighted stretch and whatever gay ass methodology.
Then there's technique to not snap your shit, which is really important and you can keep good form while doing half reps.

I like to do a top set of just "get it up" reps then on my second set I reduce it by 10-30% and do it extremely strict and controlled on the positive/pause/negative and it seems to be working very well for strength and size gains, both sets to failure ofc
I think it's important when learning so you can learn how to engage the muscles instead of just doing the movement. Having a better mind/muscle connection and actively contracting and controlling the weight will lead to better gains.
Other reason is to not hurt yourself. 90lbs may not seem like a lot of weight, but in the wrong position with enough momentum it will snap your shit. This really only applies to egolifters and roiders
