How is something zero carb simply by offsetting the carbs with fiber? That makes no sense. I bought these tortillas and it says 7g carbohydrates each and 7g of fiber. Does that mean I can eat as much carbs as I want as long as I eat the same amount of fiber?

you need to die if youre not trolling. the 7g fiber IS the 7g carbohydrates. if there were 7g non-fiber carbs then it would say "Carbs: 14g, fiber: 7g"
isn't fiber undigestable? Why add it to the carbs
Fiber is a carbohydrate. As in it is a molecule that consists of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. It's just in a different form human digestible carbohydrates.
because it is a fricking hydrocarbon, maybe learn what words mean
damn you're just as dumb as op, my condolences
Please consume A LOT of hydrocarbons. Inhale them even.
Because it is a carb
You will actually break down and absorb about ~5% of it as sugar
>being this wrong
I'm not even going to bother, honestly embarrassed for you
It means you will just shit out all the carbs (fiber)
>pure Goyslop
This is why you Latinx Hispanic Black folk are so obese
I love Mexican food but would rather eat real tortillas corn or flour than this shit. My neighbor makes them and gives me pack of like 100 lol fricking obese I know
Who gives a shit how the shell tastes?
People eating it?
Taste and texture matter.
Back to r/keto with you
im a moron whats teh difference betweeen net carbs and carrbs?
"Carbs" includes all carbohydrates, even the ones that are indigestible (fiber). Net Carbs only includes digestible carbs (starches and sugars).
These make me poop
Net carbs are a bit of a grift but those are packed with protein.
Fiber is cellulose which is almost indigestible sugar you moron
Be aware that fiber is a weak laxative
