Can't most people do their bodyweight by the time they've lifted for a year or so? Doing 1.25 x bodyweight seems doable if you go to gym regularly and eat well.
>this dude is a great example of being 50/50 strength/hypertrophy
Another great example is: me.
I weight a bit less and lift a bit heavier, but I'm not as lean as his legs make him look. Not googling him.
I'm lifting past 1/2/3/4 and look pretty good, I don't see much point in focusing on only one or the other.
>Just PPL >Emphasis on compound lifts >Rows added to the main 4 lifts and practiced as much >Push has two variations, one is OHP with upper chest and delt focus, other is BP with the rest of the pecs and triceps >Legs are split between Squat day and DL day >Days are rearranged to benefit leg days, volume emphasis on upper body >Improvise the rest. Arm isolation days monthly when I want to rest my lower back, weekly cardio instead of lifting, sometimes do cardio on rest days. >No arm isolation other than that.
It's not going to translate well for you is my guess, but I have genetically HUGE legs and pretty big arms, so I'm trying to fix my own balance.
You're talking shit about his goofy face but not of his body. He's aesthetic af and big.
Just shows that 5x5 morons that claim that you can only get muscular if you bench press a house and deadlift the sun is fricking bullshit.
Just do moderate weight and high reps your joints will thank you later.
He looks to be doing close grip bench. And there's a huge difference between working with muscle and with strength.
I can bench 225 x 10 for "strength" without bouncing the weight but for bodybuilding 190-200 is enough for a good ten rep set
People number chasing do it at the expense of everything else and will sacrifice form and shit to hit that next 5lbs. Also, some people just straight up better at low repetitions due to genetic neuromuscular efficiency which is a different thing from muscle mass. Being big but inefficient with the muscle mass is the cliche about bodybuilders.

no, how his numbers are so low
the guy is jacked at 92 kg with low body fat, but his bench is always around 2pl8
his triceps are insane for natties
He did two videos on it. It's a mixture of just sucking and not training for strength.
Is this one of those guys that convinces fit users that 5'8 and 175lbs is big and strong by lighting and angle frauding their images?
according to him his triceps were built by cables. this dude is a great example of being 50/50 strength/hypertrophy

post routine? i have a similar philosophy but struggle to balance my upper body with lower body

>anon discovers size =/= strength
Are you asking how benching 2pl8 is possible?
He's shit at bench pressing, I'm also the same, can OHP 100kg but my max bench it's only 115kg
Makes no fricking sense
Hate this noble natty like you wouldn't believe.
I'm natty too but he looks so fricking goofy with his face and beard plus his constant seething about "muh fake natties muh toxic fitness industry"

Those are newbie numbers
Just checked his insta. It makes no sense how weak he is. Struggling with 100kg bench?!
>coming off cycle ruins your gains
stay natty bros

100kg is baby weight. What's surprising about 2 reps?
>Another le science lifter with novice tier lifts and DYEL body.
I'm not surprised
doesn't he have like 18" arms or something? Since when is that dyel lmfao
You can tell by that shitty picture and without context that his form is absolute dogshit. He's in desperate need of a qualified gym bro.
