I had sciatica pain some months ago. I was afraid it was a herniated disk. It turns out it was just piriformis syndrome, and warming up with the vegana exercises fixed it.
I was sleepy and moronic and didnt use proper form; pulled back muscles deadlifting a measley 315 Saturday night. Not even close to my max, was just doing some lighter stuff easing into a new program. Felt like a total dipshit and couldnt walk right for about 24 hours. Shit still hurts but I am more functional today.
Yesterday I spent all day hunched over badly and today I went to lift up a new bottle of water for the office cooler and felt a weird tingle in my lower back
I thought my lower back pain was being caused by deadlift but it was actually being caused by back squats. I’m saying this in case anyone else is experiencing something similar.
Snapped my shit up yesterday. Did a meme xfit circuit today and it feels better. I'll try to lift my normal routine tomorrow and I'll reinjure it. I'll continue to tell myself it's just a muscle and ignore it because it will compromise my job and I have terrible insurance so it would bleed me dry to use it.
I cannot do any major leg workout with any reasonable amount of weight due to Siatica.
Can't even run more than 3 miles without destroying my Siatica as well.
I have near perfect daily posture and ergonomics.
Friend literally just got this.I wish I could have actually prevented him from getting it instead of getting to have a "told you so" moment.
For context, my friend is autistic so to him changing a lifting routine is a big deal if he has done it for a while. I really fricking tried to get him to stop dead lifting since his form was pretty bad and he did it to failure.

you will never be a woman
Bent over rows cause me to worry about my back way more than diddlys. I think I should stop them all together and only do pull ups and chin ups
My dick. Her ass. Nuff said.

good luck with your lumbar disk
I'm maxing it this weekend. Last time I hit 355, hoping for a decent PR.
