when you buy it , it comes in a vial in powder form. to reconstitute it, you fill up a syringe with bacteriostatic water, inject it into the bpc vial and fill it up. you will need to keep it in the fridge afterwards.

Idk about the oral version, but I used the injectable to try and heal bursitis in my shoulder.
I only bought one vial which was enough for about 2 weeks of treatment.
I definitely saw some improvement, but it didn't heal completely. I'd say about 60% less pain now.

I believe it still effects your body overall, but there is evidence you get improved healing by localized injections. maybe you could rotate your injection sites. I wouldn't do 3 injections daily, that's too much.
