How long after waking up do you eat your first meal (breakfast)?
I wake up at 7 and don't eat my first meal until 12 and feel great doing it.

    I walk 3 miles in the morning and then eat 6 eggs about an hour after I get home

    About 2 hours. My breakfast is light, 300 calories. Only eat it cause drinking coffee on an empty stomach makes me feel anxious.

    Not in the first couple hours except just water and maybe apple, no coffee at home either. Of course if I expect to go out I have to eat something but other than that no.
