How long can I (a fatty) realistically water fast without causing harm to my intenrnal organs?

On a side note, would drinking black coffee or diet soda be ok during a fast?

Why do you have to be so negative? He wants to better himself and you discourage him. Shows what kind of character you have.

    Black coffee and Stevia.

Don't have artificial sweeteners even when you aren't fasting. A full sugar can of soda is 150 calories, if you have so much trouble with that you need to drink a calorie free substitute, then your actual problem is you drink too much stuff that isn't water and not enough stuff that is.

instead of going for a lose weight quick scheme why dont you try adjusting your diet to your lifestyle and start off with light exercise and build from there? People who lose weight rapidly tend to gain it back soon after.
I recommend just figuring out a weekly diet where you count your calories, leave anything with sugar as a special occasions food and drink plenty of water. Avoid soda all together and learn how to cook a little. You'll be able to make plenty of tasty and filling food by just picking the right ingredients and spices.
you can do intermittent fasting of course, but i'd suggest going for shorter periods to make things more mangable for yourself.

      Yeah, this too.

Don't fast to lose weight, lose weight to lose weight. Read the sticky, but basically the advice is against Herculean trials of will, which will almost certainly fail.

Here's what I say: don't do anything to self-improve that you can't maintain over your entire lifetime, inasmuch as you remain free of disability. So, okay, fast, but don't fast from 140kgs to 100, maybe don't eat on Sundays? You could easily not eat on Sunday the rest of your life, and here's the thing - you don't even have to, that's not what the rule is for, the rule is just an easy way to see whether you've got a plan that's at least basically reasonable, or one that's batshit and likely the result of a hypomanic episode. If it's not something you can maintain, then it's either a feat of strength, or a waste of time, most likely the latter.

I would start with a 48. Then if you can do that do rolling 48's with severe caloric restriction for the meal post 48.
Once you shrink your stomach weight loss is easy, but getting there is the hard part IMO.

Also, get your minerals, you will be miserable enough with them. Without it it's worse.

First fast I did was planning on 48, managed 72 until I felt bad.
Then I just did severe OMAD and was fine from then on.

Don't fast, fat moron. Eat healthy, balanced meals that fall under a realistic calorie deficit. Go to the gym.

someone really ought to make a webm of Alton Brown's "diet of four lists" and upload it to /wsg/ and then come back here and link it so I can give it a little download.

Here it is in a nutshell:
    >Here's what you CAN and in fact MUST eat.
    >Daily: carrots, nuts, fruit, whole grains, green tea
    >Three times a week: oily fish (go low food chain to avoid pollutants)
    >Yoghurt, broccoli, sweet potato, avocado
    >here's what you're ALLOWED to consume only one time every week:
    >Red meat, pasta, dessert, alcohol.
    >Never allowed to consume: fast food, "diet" anything, soda, processed meals, canned soup.

Your max deficit without running into unnecessary LBM loss is about 2015cals assuming 27% BF. Your sedentary tdee is about 2650. If you did about 800 cals of protein a day (lean meat or whey, egg whites, ) spread throughout the day you'd avoid LBM loss. In any even the most fat you can lose is a little over half a pound.

    >how long
from what i know if you can handle it, do 6 days and a SAFE AND HEALTHY refeed on the 7th day. there are people who fasted for literally a year and ended up dead a few months later (that Scottish dude for example, but i completely blanked his name at the moment). week long fasts with a good refeed is totally fine though, but fricking hard the first day or two with hunger, and once the hunger goes, it’s pure boredom/fighting the habit of eating.
    >black coffee
some purists will argue there can be a calorie or 2 in the coffee grains, and can stop autophagy (body clearing away dead cells) but ime great for weight loss and doesn’t stop a fast. just watch the jitters because your andrenaline will spike after about 18-20hrs fasted
    >diet drinks
the argument is still out on this one, and i avoid it personally as the sweetners likely would cause an insulin response, and you want to avoid this as a fatfrick. the thing with fasting is, overall it’s about the same (maybe a bit faster than) cico deficit for weight loss, but the benefits to your ghrelin and insulin hormones is remarkable. once i was used to doing 36hrs once or twice a week for a while, i ended up fasting sometimes for 18hours completely unplanned by accident. thete were a good few times where i was just like, well frick it let’s go on to 36 then cos i’m still a fat c**t.

Fasting is never a good idea as the body needs to transport toxins out of your body and it needs animal fat to do so.

Scrap all stimulants and ingest some organic
    eggs
    butter(from raw milk)
    raw milk
    semi-unripe fruit(banana, avocado, melon)
    honey
    cucumber
    unsalted cheese(from raw milk)

You can loose weight with foods like these over time and not harm your health. Losing weight means lots of stress for the system so you need to buffer it with highly nutritious foods.

      Forgot to mention
      tomato (essential)
      meat

If you feel hungry and have already eaten something then blend

      1/2 cucumber
      2 tomatoes
      some honey
      some butter
      some berries
      some milk
      1/2 unripe banana

into a shake and drink it slowly. This will satiate you and make you feel satisfied.

fifty days is possible but you need to be monitored by doctors so you don’t have a nice day. some fatso made a documentary of his fifty day fast. it’s on youtube, chegg it out homie fugg. you’ll be able to live through him for 80 minutes.
