    Full Body - Stuck at 15 inches
    Upper/Lower - Stuck at 15 inches
    Push Pull Legs - Stuck at 15 inches
    Brosplit - Went from 15 inches to 17 inches in a year

    Its almost like having an arm day where I focus just on arms....made my arms grow way better than just tacking them at the end of a fullbody,upper/lower or ppl session lol

    went from 15 to 17.5" biceps in around 6-8month
    weighted pullups and doing bicep curls drop sets

    1 year from starting lifting
    Stronglifts 5x5 with pull-ups and dips - 12 to 14
    ICF 5X5 - 14 to 15.5
    Skull king by Bald Omniman - 15.5 to 16.125
    I'm around 18-19 bodyfat so the 16" isn't quality

    18 inches is the bare minimum to be considered a man. Obiviously that's 18" lean and vascular. Fatceps doesn't count. You can get fat right now and reach 23" arms.

    Two years of callisthenics got me to 15 inches from 13.5, and about 6 months of direct isolation with weights got me to 16. Am currently 16 and 1/4

    14'' arms but i can curl 35kg for 3-4 reps on 1 arm
    i see guys with bigger arms that curl 15kgs
    what gives?

      could be a number of things
      your form sucks
      they're not pushing themselves
      they already did a bicep exercise so the 2nd one is meant as pump work
      your triceps are lagging
      i'm willing to bet it's 1 & 4

      the guys with bigger arms could probably curl 35kg for 8 reps if not more. most people just choose to stay in higher rep lower weight range with bicep exercises. and if they couldn't, its because of neural adaptation. if they trained specifically for heavy curls they could achieved their peak weight in about 2-3 weeks. they could also be doing something like weighed pull-ups with +40-50kg

      and yeah triceps are like half your arm size, it makes a huge difference to have the complete package. also a lot of this is purely visual. if you have big chest, your arms tend to look smaller etc. bodyfat% make crazy difference too, low bodyfat and definition can make your arm look a lot bigger pumped than what it actually measures. there are guys that look like they have big guns across the gym with a downlighting but when you get next to them and compare in the mirror you realize that they are small and weak.
