if you haven't realized that programming doesn't matter as long as you hit all muscle groups and progressively overload you are still a beginner.

I used to think that too when I was intermediate and still weak as shit. They are good for building a foundation and movement pattern that carry over to other lifts. But yes, they are not enough once you progress past the beginner-stage.

gays like OP that make these threads are always dyels that have been working out for a little while, and now they think they know everything. Sad to see that this board is still filled with these people.

That thread yesterday where summer noob lifters were trying to convince everyone that anything but the s/b/d doesn't build muscle was insane. We need some freaking gatekeeping.

so what the hell do I do after stronglifts? I am in the middle of it making some decent gains every week. I do not think I am anywhere close to peaking/limiting yet tho

focus on deload and not getting injured, expect progress to slow eventually
at some point you will have to cut down on volume, or drop weight and increase volume, to avoid overtraining/injury

Thanks. Does that mean also finding another program? Only one I know is one of the athlean x ones but seems a bit of a meme here. Any recommendations?
