      This
I personally prefer 90s, but will go up to 2 mins for harder lifts like diddlys and squats

Long enough to adequately recover and perform the next set at full strength.

    No rests. Only supersets.

You don't need more than one if you take the exercise to failure with good form and adequately slow and controlled cadence

This. If you cannot superset your routine for the day before collapsing, it's too long.

1 to 3 minutes with 1 being for isolations and 3 being compounds with 2 being for when you need an extra minute to look into the butthole of the gym that.

Pretty sure you can rest for as long as you want and it won't affect gains. Mostly depends on how long you want to be in the gym for.

Home gym is better in every way plus gym girls who stay there for 2 hours on busy days are way more mid than ones you meet not trying to make their first impression on a man in underwear in public you will get no ltr big dick that way.

Going for more of a pump and hypertrophy or strength training? I got a home gym and I literally wait like 10-15 minutes when I'm just chilling, sure it's too long but I can do a shitloaad more sets over the course of the day and until I go back to school all I have is time.

My experience has been like 4-5 min and I always try to max out 12 reps every set. Idk if that is too long, but all I know is that much allows me to push for another extra 2-4 reps the subsequent set if I did not hit 12 the previous. Shorter rest still feel very spent. So, is that good or too long hmm?

If the set felt hard as in the last rep was close to failure, 3 minutes. Otherwise 1.5 minutes

Wtf I thought it was 30secs -1min and slowing down by the end is a good thing? I do 3x5 for everything big four plus curls and Rows. I should wait 2 mins?

Short rest for hypertrophy longer rest for strength.
