depends on your bone size, workout intensity and response to resistance training. If you want bigger arms I'd hit them hard once a week and go for the pump on another day.

You could workout for 10 years consistency and not have arms that look like that depending on your limb length and what your muscle bellies look. Should still try though.

How much does one need to curl and skull crushers to get at least 15" biceps?

Im not that strong though, usually add like 10-15kg on each side to an ez curl bar and rep it out. Dont do skull crushes cause it hurts my elbows but I bench 130kg. Im called muscular by regular people but still feel DYEL by gym standards
12.5kg on DB skull crushers and 30kg on an EZ bar curl. 4x12-15 rep range.
I already do more than that. 70lb on ez bar curls and 50lb skull crushers and my arms are only 14.5". I'm 6'2" though, so maybe that's why.

The problem with shaving is that it's so much dam work to do for your whole body when you are this hairy. It's not practical to do.
Yeah, I fricking hate trimming my body hair. It's so annoying. It also looks weird because it makes me look like a low-T femboy. And the transitions are weird between my hairy ass forearms and legs and my now hairless upper arms, torso, groin, and ass. That's why I've been considering laser hair removal for years. But they need to know what they're doing so that the transition from one body part to the next looks natural.
