Ive had 30-40 eggs a day since third week of april this year.
Strongly recommend, I did AMA on one of those threads but something came up and when I returned it was archived.
Anyway here’s a small info dump
My current testosterone is 1143
Free testosterone is 74
Cholesterol is 5.0, it was higher in start of summer but in the august blood work it had lowered.
Ldl is the same since April 3.1
I do all of them raw, I know I lose 50% on protein synthesis but I eat plenty of cheese and drink my eggs with 1.5 l of 4% fat milk
My weights have been continuing to go up, even when I was cutting in April, may and half of June, I started my bulk a little early but that was because I wanted to maximise my test levels.
I was 94 in April, then went to 90 and now I’m 97kg.
All my blood work has come up positive, with everything except testosterone being in the reference value.
True, brain is made of cholesterol, fats and water. I’d say my brain fog has lowered.the diet definitely has made my vocabulary and speech flow better cause higher test has made me more comfortable with pauses and thought breaks to organise my thoughts more when I speak

My testosterone increased 40%
Skin got better, also only carbs I have are fruits so I’m not tired after eating cause no insulin spike.
Long cardio is hard though, can’t run more than 10km.
Cause I’ve made one of my main needs into a horrific habit, raw eggs are disgusting, I think doing that has made my body appreciate the other things in life more.
Raw eggs are nice and convenient, pasture raised ones even taste nice, but when I exceeded more than just one meal of raw eggs a day it gave me the shits. Now I only do like 6 raw eggs max after the gym when I'm in a time crunch.
When I was a lad I ate four dozen eggs every morning to help me get large. But now that I'm grown I eat five dozen eggs, so I'm roughly the size of pic rel

Cholesterol is good. My theory is that we have such big brains because our ancestors are brain and marrow, ultra high in cholesterol

I only eat eggs Monday-Friday and its 4 each day.
2 or 3 depending on if they’re extra larges or jumbos. I mix them with a tablespoon of cottage cheese and that adds to the volume and protein content.
You should go to jail for that mix

Usually 1 egg a day at least.
Depends on what I'm cooking
2 in the morning, 2 in the evening. Never fried, always boiled, raw or scrambled
6 chicken eggs/4 duck eggs when I get them
3 if im lucky
