fullbody, superset, around 1.5 hour
punching bag x30min
x2 a week
plus roon outside as much as I feel like it
Its rare that I dont get commentary about my shape in a conversation, with known peeps and strangers. Suppose it works but imo my progress on numbers isnt stellar.
Madcows 5x5 three times a week. Takes around 1h 15min per time for the program itself, but I dick around some time after it because I just like being at the gym. I walk so much that I don't do separate cardio. Been thinking about doing judo two times a week for fun and to keep training fresh.
I used to train like this, i am the jocko willink homosexual, i tried that, i tried every 48 hs and 72 hs. Unironically once i became almost advanced in every muscle group i plateaud pretty hard untill i started training once a week 5 sets maximum per muscle group
I dont know, like 20 minutes some times, 40 minutes top.
I train so fricking hard this time i went full moron jocko willink meme and ended up hearing a loud noise and feeling deezy like a granade just had blown up after my set of machine leg curls.
I am pretty sure this is the reason ppl dont train hit, when you take it seriously it is hard to go into the weight room and put some work i mean, mentally at least couse its like 40 seconds set top
Idk some Zac Cupples/Bill Hartman exercises in hopes of fixing my body imbalances and then I do deadlifts OHP and pull ups and split squats going up the stairs
My arms look like the guy on the right and I don't even do a single arm exercise. I have crazy good arm and chest genetics. I spend my time dead lifting and squatting.
1-2 hours a day 3 days a week
I'm doing Muay Thai so 40 minutes of combinations and 20 minutes of conditioning, but on Monday I will light spar for another hour
1 hour 6 times week
I'm in the last 1-2 months of 2 year diet so unfortunatley still on a huge calorie defecit. Gains were good to begin with that have slowed down but not much I can do with 1200 calories - it is still better than not working out.
It feels like im probably wasting 50-60%+ of my gains but no other choice as I want to become quite lean first.
Full upper body (ring dips, pullups and their variations) every 3-4 days, so twice a week for about 1 hour 20 minutes each session. Abs (straight leg raises) and forearms every 2-3 days for around 30 minutes.
Swimming/cycling 2-3 times per week depending on how busy I am/energy levels for 1-1.5 hours.
These two guys double penetrated that skeleton
Depends on the day but 1.5 hrs a day is average.
Very worth it, i love it, but sometimes I push myself to hard. Gains still worth it.
I don't train
same. training is for competitors. 99% of people on IST don't train.
why is the guy on the right covering his pec like its a boob
Sauce.
Could be a roidtroony, in which case it is.
~2 hr a day, 6 days a week.
30-45 min is cardio, 1 hr is weights, the rest is stretching.

5 minutes a day
What do you do?
I just do 3-5 sets of whatever compound for the day.

2 hours 3x a week. 10min warm up cardio. 10 minute dynamic stretching. The rest is a fullbody hypertrophy routine.
1h20m weight training which includes some yoga/stretching and core workout
40m cardio
I work out until I’m tired. I do no stretching and no warm ups. I bench 320lb
My arms look like the guy on the right and I don't even do a single arm exercise. I have crazy good arm and chest genetics. I spend my time dead lifting and squatting.

It's not worth it, I'm training like a roid user.
I simply have nothing else worth doing in my life.
1-2 hours a day 3 days a week
I'm doing Muay Thai so 40 minutes of combinations and 20 minutes of conditioning, but on Monday I will light spar for another hour
I feel like fitness people dont talk about these type of questions that much. Every lifter has them eventually
