based, gym is empty around 12-3 when your energy levels are peak. kinda shitty if you like training fasted tho
Very based, as a uni student, I always go between 10 to 3pm, as all the wage slaves are working meanwhile the gym is almost always empty besides some rich retired boomers
I go to the gym during lunch break but I go swimming in the early morning, that is peak bliss.

As long as I want but I'm usually showered and back to work after 2 hours.

I do
as a wage slave going to the gym after work is terrible. You have to abuse stimulants to keep yourself awake which will affect your sleep quality. Then you come into work tired af; an excruciating cycle.
Desk jockies may have an easier time with it.

I go after 9pm, usually around 1030. Hardly anyone there, it's great. The gym is terrible from 4-7
I go to bed around 9:40 and wake up at 4:40 to get to my gym at 5am. This gives me 1 hour to workout before my big booty love of my life coworker arrives to run her daily mile. I avoid her at the gym because she knows I am crazy about her and I don't want her to see me lifting with a boner.
I’ve tried it once, but tbh I like sleeping as much as possible before work. Otherwise I’m irritable as frick when clocking in.
I have a home gym and work evenings. I prefer it this way, I was always too tired after work at past jobs

Lunch break is ideal for me, I don't want to lose an hour of sleep and I don't wanna lose an hour of post work gayming

I don't have to share.
Able to shit and shower in my own bathroom.
Wake up as early as I want to exercise on weekends.

I was a night junkie for 2 years and currently doing early mornings (3:30 am). Been doing it for 6 months now.
Honestly depends on your lifestyle. When I had a sedentary job, night time workouts were much easier. I’m a Barber and sometimes I have long days and truly cannot be bothered to go at night. Sometimes I like night time gym sessions cause it’s a vibe. But taking pre and all that at night can mess up your sleep.
Mornings are definitely harder, but you go into the day feeling better, and sleep so much better. Plus it’s nice getting off work and knowing it’s time to relax.

To all anons who go early in the morning, how do you get other shit accomplished after your workouts? I lift heavy and for two hours every workout and I'm so fried by the end that I am too tired to get anything done. Any tips to get better?
