Sure - lifting is a healthy and functional activity. 50s is not too old to be strong, even after 60 you can still maintain some strength by lifting regularly.

Nobody cares or wants to hear this. It's your business.

FPBP I'm 25 and I'm completely done with this world.

Never going to own a home.
Never going to get married or have a family.
I will be an ethnic minority in 10 years.
My religion will be a minority in 5.
My language won't be spoken anymore.
The world I grew up in is unrecognisable, everything I ever held dead is gone and I don't want to live anymore.

I'm going on a holiday at the end of the year and at the end of it I'm going to kill myself.

While not an unlikely outcome, the only acceptable way is to ride it out until the bitter end. No human being goes past the finish line alive anyway.

I'm in my 50s and lift everyday + sprints + captains chair to stay ripped. All you have to do is protect yourself from injury.

not sure ill become 50. a high percentage of men in my family die before 50 due to living dangerously either drugs/alcohol or having dangerous jobs/hobbies. but if i hit 50, no i probably wont lift. some basic maintenance cardio or some shit at that age i guess
