    Concerning the weight loss, just cut 80% of the carbs and track your macros. Don't cheat with snack, and go for some cardio or high intensity workout with poly exercise.

    Fix your diet. This is the most important thing. No Soda, no sweets, no unnecessary carbs. Track your calories, stay 500 below your recommended TDEE.
    Then start thinking about cardio or any kind of sport. Start with going for walks.
    With your weight running would just blow out your knees. Biking if you have one for your weight, if not swimming.

    Formerly obese guy here, I went from 127 kg to 80 kg in 2023, I'm short as well so I really looked like shit at my heaviest. Realistically, you won't lose more than like 5 kg in a month. You can lose more, if you eat 500 kcal a day and train cardio every day, but this really isn't recommended. Eating too little puts you at severe risk of quitting early and overeating to compensate, and too much cardio if you've never worked out will make you view training as a horrible chore, and can even be too strenous for your heart.

    Eat clean, cut out sugar from your diet. If you want to do one meal per day or several, that's up to you, but no snacks between meals. Have a cheat day per week if that helps you, but don't eat more than your TDEE. Sugary drinks and alcohol is a total no go even on cheat days. This will help with bloating and your skin will look fresher, making you as presentable as possible for your client. There's not much more that can be done in a month, you need a year or more to lose that kind of weight. Cardio doesn't do much for your weight loss, just eating less will take care of that, but if you want to you should start swimming, it's very low impact on your joints. Running at your weight will only ruin your knees. Talk to a physical therapist if you have pain in your joints and start simple weight training to fix that, which will prepare you for proper lifting later.

    I'm your age and was your weight a year ago, now I only have like 10 kg left before I have a beach body for the first time in my life. It's not easy, but 2025 will come in a year and it's up to you if you enter it looking like you do now or 50 kg lighter. I believe in you Anon.

        (dedicated) Cardio is still not an effective weightloss method. Better off just moving more in general (not dedicated cardio sessions). Of course it burns calories but not a lot for the exerted effort.

          Have you worked with 500lbs individuals in the gym? They sit on the pec deck, talk, find a bench to sit on and then leave. Shooting hoops and riding a bicycle are far more enjoyable and realistic activities for them to complete. Well maybe not a lard ass on a regular bike. Expecting them to do muscle ups and go on week long fasts is the stupidest advice in the world.

    if you eat nothing, get 15k steps a day and do an hour of cardio on a bike daily (it is doable, though you wont) you can literally lose 20-30 kilos of fat.
    you wont do it though and even if you did youd want to have a nice day after a week,
    also 300lbs is more like 135kg
    ask the fasting thread if ur planning on doing an extended fast, you can do OMAD (1200 calories) with 10k steps and like 30min cardio and lose like 10-15 kilos of fat in a month?
    still horrible but tolerable if you have the drive/momentum/will to do it
    results may vary, im bad at guessing TDEEs and shit but i think its accurate
    also you have like 50 kilos/110lbs to lose AT LEAST
    also you cant do any significant intensity of cardio for any significant amount of time, that body is not suited for it, that body is suited for eating doritos with dip and laying on the floor while you binge watch Suits or something

    2K - 2.3k per day diet
    Don't cardio, it will make you hungry and burn up muscle. Go Rucking instead. First thing in the AM before any calories. Down a glass a cold brew and put a pack on with 30 - 40lbs in it and go walk for 45 min - 1 hr.
    Heavy strength training after breakfast.
    Your fat is an advantage because you can gain shit tons of muscle mass and shed pounds in a deficit at the same time. You can easily lose 4 - 5 lbs a week and look like you lost 30 - 40 in 4 weeks at your level

    I lost 30kg in 40 days last year, just cuz, was 1m91 at 120kg.
    Large amounts of stimulants, clen, 2 to 3h of cardio every day, and just enough food to not end up sterile.
    But I had muscle mass and training before.
    If you never trained and all that is just fat, you can easily lose over 15kg without doing anything.

    You have a long way before even being able to go for a run. Start doing those standing cardio exercises videos for old people first. That's what I did when I weighted the same, but no way pic related is only 120kg.

    Not even meming you, but if you want the absolute most possible results in the time you have, start supplementing vitamins and fast for the next 30 days. The longest fast was also by a giant fat frick and he abstained from food for over a year. Just make sure you break your fast properly to avoid refeeder syndrome. Do some research before breaking your fast and you'll come out of this considerably lighter. Truthfully after the first 36 hours or so the hunger goes down a lot and it becomes easy. You may even want to just keep fasting until you're no longer disgusting. Godspeed bro.

      That guy was constantly monitored by doctors. Fasting would be the fastest method, but anything beyond 5 days for someone who's never done it before could be dangerous. Better to try 2-3 days each week, for the month, and the rest of the days healthier eating at a deficit.

    Walk at least two hours daily and just dry fast for 30 days
    At least a kilo daily but maybe up to five pounds a day since youre so big
