    If there's no appointment set they're just bluffing. Just show them that you can make a real effort to gain weight at a reasonable pace and they'll back off. Don't just force yourself to eat massive portions of shitty foods because one day you'll have the exact opposite problem and it's very likely your parents won't acknowledge their fault.

        I'm guessing your stomach is tiny cause you are anorexic, so you aren't gonna be shoveling giant amounts of food in there.

        Can probably gain 4-6 lbs. Still going to be severely underweight and probably institutionalized if that is the angle your parents are going for.

            Eating a lot. 3500 calories over your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) is 1 lb. TDEE is basically however many calories you need to eat a day to maintain your current weight. You are a stick so I'm guessing you're eating like 1500 calories a day now? If that were the case then eat 5000 calories a day and you will gain 1 lb a day.

            I'm completely guessing on your TDEE and this shits a little different for everyone. But the basic thing is you just need to consume as many calories as possible. If you want some inspiration just look up bulking meals or cheat meals on youtube.

    Drop this idea that you need to gain as fast as possible before the appointment. The cats out of the bag already and even an extra 14lbs isn't going to make a difference to the doctor or your family. Honestly you should be focused more on learning a thing or two about habits and routines so that you can incorporate extra calories in a way that doesn't even feel like extra effort. The doctor is just going to recommend larger portions and drinking an Ensure or two a day.
    Do not spend two weeks binging.

      You'd have to be at least 120lbs.
      You aren't going to gain 20lbs in 2 weeks.
      Maybe with extreme levels of water retention, you could get somewhere close, but 20lbs? That's 1/5th of your actual bodyweight, are you going to grow an extra leg?
      Maybe you could get pregnant, that push you in the right direction - but you're so underweight, it's not going to take.
      If you're lucky, eating a lot of salty carby food will help you retain enough water to get there, with some help from your cycle... do you still get menses, being so underweight?

    Reasonably on a daily +1000kcal surplus, about 5lbs. If you eat +2000kcal which is still very possible, not reasonable for you because you are 100lbs gay for a reason but it is still not even hard you could put 10lbs of fat. If you suddenly put that much fat you are gonna hold so much water its not even funny. The carbs and the salts will just bloat you up like never before. So I'd say +10lbs of water weight on top of that.

    You could be 120-130lbs after 2 weeks. Just eat McDonalds and couple pizza's every single day. Then snack on cheetos, reeses pieces etc whenever you can.

    genuinely don't know how people have trouble losing weight, when gaining weight is 100x harder.

    I can easily lose 2-3 pounds in a week without even trying, but gaining 2-3 pounds takes at least a month of concerted effort.

      Losing weight is just as hard, but you can lose 'weight' skipping meals - easy, even if you can't control anything. You'll lose muscle mass tho.
      Losing FAT while retaining muscle mass takes control, just like gaining muscle mass without gaining too much fat.
      If you can't, won't, or don't know how to take charge of your own diet, up to and including cooking all your meals, it won't work well.

    Lots of porn obsessed guys here. Jesus. As a small man himself who was in a position like yours, you're not gonna gain that 20 lbs in two weeks. Someone already said that. You will literally have to make an effort everyday to consistently eat. Eating above 2000 calories is harder for people like us. Because, assuming you're like me in this regard, you don't pay much attention to the fact you're hungry. You will have to eat more often to gain that weight. I'd recommend to eat more cleanly than to gorge yourself on shitty food to gain weight. That will get the number up but it will cause more problems. So take it slow after dealing with the shit with family. Start working out as well when you start eating more.
