      Me too. I used to be able to do 50 in a regular basis, 55 being my best. But I took a few weeks off and can't push above 44.

    as much as you can and whenever you can.
    training should be embedded to your daily life not something you do sometimes for 1 hour and spend rest of the day doing nothing.

    Rate my routine bros, i do chin ups 5 reps, the 4, then 3, then 2 and finaly 1. Then i do my best to push some more if i can.
    After i do 45 push ups in sets of 15 reps, i then do 100 squats, 50 calves, .
    Repat the same 45 push ups, do 100 squata and 50vcalces and end with some more chin ups until failure.
    Repeat 6 days a week 1 day rest. Slight caloric deficit. I am trying to escape skinnyfat hell. Thanks.
