    I usually shoot for 8-12 and if wanting to go heavy will go for 4-6. At my point in lifting I just go for increasing weights with comparative reps.

    Some are around 8, some around around 12, some are around 20

    i do my compounds with low reps 3-5
    accessory exercises 8-12 once i am at 12 reps i go up in weight
