im currently on a shoulder specialization program and do 30 sets frontdelts, 30 sets side delts and 30 sets rear delt a week and increase them every week so i train Monday to Friday and then rest 2 days

I lift 3-4x per week and run a 10k every weekend.
The remaining 2-3 days I do 30-45 minutes of zone 2 cardio. Those are my “rest days.”

Self employed so I get plenty of rest.

During the workweek I just take Wednesday off
Zero, maybe one if my body is wrecked.
Pull, Push, Legs, Abs; repeat
I do a full body workout every 3 days, so an average of 4 2/3.
