    im currently on a shoulder specialization program and do 30 sets frontdelts, 30 sets side delts and 30 sets rear delt a week and increase them every week so i train Monday to Friday and then rest 2 days

    I went 5 months with zero rest days and my back and neck seized up for a month with DOMS and wouldn't relax after multiple massages, only after IMS needling if anyone is curious

    I don’t take rest days.
    I lift 3-4x per week and run a 10k every weekend.
    The remaining 2-3 days I do 30-45 minutes of zone 2 cardio. Those are my “rest days.”
