worked on pressing and pulling workouts, targetting biceps/tricep with anything other than a 6/10kg dumbbell in your house is a meme and is shilled purposefully to make you have small arms.
You could easily combine chest and shoulders into one day, then do a back and biceps day, then legs, then have an extra day to hit any muscles you want to prioritize again, and work abs every day.
6 days a week >run monday-saturday >pushups, dips and squats on monday, wednesday and friday >pullups, chinups and leg raises on tuesday, thursday and saturday
Every day, but I do lighter workouts, not to faliure but to where I feel a good pump in the area I'm working. I do just one exercise a day, and I take long breaks between sets. Today is dumbbell curls, I've been doing 15 reps per arm with 15ibs as a set, then I take like a 5 minute break, then I do another set.
6 days a week
Running Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Arms (Biceps/Triceps) and Back on Tuesday
Chest, Shoulders, and some light legs on Thursday
Legs and some light upper-body work on Saturday
During covid I was high volume calisthenics + baby weights (natty gains).
I was running and lifting almost every day.
Post-covid I was 3-5x per week and made limited gains
The last 6 months I started training MMA which reduced my gym time to upper once every 5 days and lower every fortnight. Not doing Mentzer but definitely focusing more on intensity (lots of drop sets) rather than volume. This is where I’ve had the most gains.
I've heard and talked with some people and some people there go 6-7 days a week and sometimes even 2 times a day. Makes me wonder if they don't have something else going on and if their entire personality arounds being a 'gymrat'. It's not like they compete or make any money out of it.
Every single day, i might not hit the gym but if i dont go to the gym i will do push-ups, suburi practice and wrist work at home at the very least. on top of that, cardio. So i workout every single day with cardio on top (twice a day). Still havent had a break from this but might need one soon who knows.
Ask your mom
She doesn't.

No separate days since I work them both at the end of the session each day. 1 exercise each.

Just depends on how I feel that day.
Should I do hammer curls it should I twist the wrist?
I do at least something pretty much every day, even if it's just some light calisthenics or stretching, or maybe an easy run.
3 at most.
I do chest every other day. I don't work out legs that's what standing is for
Words of wisdom anon. Opposing gravity builds the most strength and mass.

Two different body days with three rest days in between. That would make it 0.875 times a week for a specific exercise, or 1.75 workouts a week
