        how narrow? How bad of pecs? I know Ricky Moore is at least one pro with wide hips. Jay Cutler is a freakier example. Best you can hope for is to do what everyone does, build up your shoulders. You won't get a strong v-taper, you'll get more of a blocky look but it's gonna be an upgrade. idk if ricky has weak lats or he intentionally avoided building them too wide but I think if you got wide lats it might look ridiculous on a dude with wide hips. Don't worry about your weak points too much, as long as you get your shoulders wider and get some nice tris & bis you'll look good bro.

Nothing crazy, but still not natty. And obviously impressive regardless. The main thing you morons are missing is, steroids or not, you do not get quads like that in a year. Even if they’re not huge his legs are very well developed. He’s definitely done some serious work on his abs too. Rest isn’t too crazy but very aesthetic

      I had quads bigger than that from just biking no squats. It's quite easy if you not a lanky, which he isn't. What's making them look larger is rectus femoris being developed. The head of quad that brings the legs up and is often not developed much through squats which means he probably did leg raises for abs.
