he is probably unironically on steroids
friendly reminder you dont have to be big to be on roids

Explain your logic. What assumptions are being made here? Maybe I'm just unenlightened about steroid use but this looks like a perfectly attainable natty bod. Are you just assuming since he's modeling that he doesn't have the dedication or patience to have a physique like that?

he looks 10% bodyfat and somewhat muscular which isnt longterm attainable unless youre working out hard religiously. this gay doesnt do hard workouts i can tell just by looking at him. look at the wrestler Edge aka adam copeland, he admitted to using roids and he was probably even less ripped than this guy.

Yeah, his physique might look natty but as you said, he's a pro model, and he looks weirdly disproportional.

Just look at those 3D delts which look completely out of place, like they were photoshopped, while his traps are absent for some reason. His chest also is weirdly undeveloped compared to delts.

stop talking moron, the guy looks like he does 20 push ups a day at most

        >he does 20 push ups

whenever a boomer or normie asks me about my exercise; i tell them this.
they can't imagine hard work. in fact 20 push ups a day is too much for their minds.
i tell them i do 10 push ups a day to look the way i do and that's it.
they say 'really' and i retort 'really'.
if they actually do push ups and ask me why they don't get my results; i say with a smile 'it must be in the genes'.
just tell normies and boomers what they want to hear. they don't want reality

discipline? you just need 10 push ups a day

He's not even that vascular or lean or full, that'd be a terrible result for a cycle.

the guy in the pic isnt natty. the only people who look like that AND are natty are autistically fixated with lifting. most people arent autists especially not ppl who post pics of their bodies on the internet.

does lowering your body fat do this or is there anything else you need to do?

  13. 10 months ago
    Anonymous

About a year to a year and a half if you're low bodyfat and you're somewhat active (walking 1-2 hours every day) or if you're young and low bodyfat or if you used to exercise lightly in the past but stopped for a while. If you're a couch potato, maybe two years.

2017/18 lookism was actually full of Chads and semi normies just trying to improve themselves to an autistic degree. New gen looksmax is just zoomer shit. i talk to one old OG lookismer and we're just normal guys RN. laugh at how mainstream looks theory has come.

2016-2017 was when I browsed. I remember the 666 guy, Invisible, the guy whose brother was really good looking and he was jealous of him, the Stefan Molyneux avatar guy, Colonel, Paulus, Pinhead, the guy who “grew wrong”, there’s more I can’t remember.

Ikr, feels great man having witnessed prime looks theory before it devolved into the garbage it is today. So many amazing personas on that site, nothing will capture anything like that ever again. Nothing matches the stories told on that site. You could put the best minds in Hollywood and they still would not be able to produce entertainment like Lookism did
