This is the most useless question that gets asked every single day on this board. It’s impossible to answer. It depends of where you’re starting from and what you do.

2-3 on your own maybe one and a half with a coach who's not some 80 iq chud who paraphrases youtube videos. Less than 1 if you had athletics in highschool and kept relatively active.

    How many lifters achieve this?
    I would say 1 out of 10,10%.

Something like 90% of gymgoers quit before 6 months. So possibly less. Or did you mean of those that actually continue to lift?

Picture the pic on the right, but with a shirt on. In terms of muscle devilment, this can be achieved comfortably in 6 months assuming a decent, athletic starting point. He looks good, but that is more due to his leanness and insertions. There are literally 100 guys at my local crunch that have far more muscle than this guy, but most are not this lean, don't have his insertions, or I simply dont see them with their shirts off so I would never know if they did look like this. Natties have tricked themselves into thinking good physiques are not possible unless you slave away for 10 years.

Im not even joking, if you're already lean, played sports growing up, and have decent genetics and apetite, literally 4-5 months. Since i've dialed in my training, I've realized that the reason it takes so long for people, is they just are not training correctly at all. 3 months, where every session is intense, with good pumps, and every day you get all your protein and calories, and sleep 8 hours, do that for 12 weeks straight you'll be shocked how much you gain. But most newbies have to learn form, and dont feel their muscles, pick routines that are more strength oriented etc.

True but now imagine a very overweight man with health issues.
It goes from 5 months to likely never
Most people aren the high school jock or the obese fricked up man but somewhere in the rance meaning the are between 2 years to never achieving that, likely the latter because ALMOST EVERY MALE FROM 15 TO 30 YEARS OLD HAS TRIED GOING TO THE GYM
yet that is easily a top 5% body, most people stop lifting or simply never reach that, this doesn't mean that lots people improve just not that much.

jesus christ dude, you really think this shit is magic don't you? read the fricking sticky, that pic is exactly the kind of noob gains you can easily achieve in a year or less if you aren't fricking around and not actually doing much in the gym
