I remember back when I was young I had a crush on her and then she whored herself and instead of being like "oh fuck yeah" it was just way too trashy for my tastes and I felt nothing towards her
I used to have a small glass of whiskey every night after putting my children to bed, that created inflammation, every morning my i had joint ache.
So I guess that’s too much
well first that was my age, my true first wife was lizzie mcguire.
Same, bro. I was putting down nearly an entire bottle of booze (either vodka, whisky or tequila) almost every day. Fucking costs your health and your wallet. Getting clean was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
That shit killed my gains so much during my early lifting years, I'm way behind where I should be. Alcohol is literally the worst thing for gains, I'd rather my vice be opioids or weed or nicotine
>In the United States, one "standard" drink (or one alcoholic drink equivalent) contains roughly 14 grams of pure alcohol, which is found in: 12 ounces of regular beer, which is usually about 5% alcohol. 5 ounces of wine, which is typically about 12% alcohol. 1.5 ounces of distilled spirits, which is about 40% alcohol.
before my senior year of college I was at a hometown bar over the summer and saw a girl that was mega cute in high school and I had a massive crush on way back when.
She was 21 or 22 but looked like she was in her mid 30s, and a rough mid 30s to boot. She drank a lot that night and I checked her out on Facebook - tons of party pictures. That shit catches up to you if that's all you do.
What you're really asking is how much cost/benefit is worth it when thinking in terms of social opportunity at the expense of deleterious health effects.
In that case I would recommend going out 1 day per weekend every 2-3 weeks. Limit yourself to a few drinks, don't mix fermented with distilled, and drink plenty of water in between.
Also, sleep right, eat right, and take care of your skin.

recently cut down from about 50 drinks a week to less than 18. Obviously I am an acoholic, but I just stopped getting the euphoric feeling booze used to give me. I have like 3 - 4 drinks and can't focus on the movie I am watching and just want to go to bed.
Only 29, guess dspite being an alcki i am lucky I dono't enjoy it anymore
I'd just say never drink unnecessarily, thats just based off my own life though. If you're at uni/college, don't get drunk weekly, make it monthly at most
Any.
Not drinking is unironically like taking a low dose of anavar, but you save money instead of spending it.
Not to mention you save a ton of money not going out for drinks all the time, buying alcohol for personal use, and ordering drinks at restaurants.

Can you really blame young girls for being tricked by Hollywood garden gnomes? She was raped btw, she relaxed around blacks
sad, my first wife...
well first that was my age, my true first wife was lizzie mcguire.
Its literally poison
Crazy, I used to drink vodka like water. Glad I changed my ways

Yep, right there with you bro. I'd have been fucking shredded but because of my boozing habits I just looked like a fucking bloated mess.
Same dawg. I was big and strong, but also bloated as fuck in the face and fat. Live and learn is all I can say
More than 2 drinks a week
what is considered "1 drink"?

Obviously any alcohol will be bad for you.

I drink whisky heavily and just joined the 1/2/3/4 club with 12% BF and perfectly smooth skin
Alcohol isn’t the cause of your issues
When my ex moved out I had 0 desire to drink anymore. It's nice
