OHP is pretty much the last lift I'll track my strength on. I used to track strength which caused me to spend 5 minutes resting for a 5 min rep set, instead of just spamming out 5 sets of 15 reps to get a solid workout.
i actually lifted 135 for 10 reps yesterday feels good but also most likely from my weight gain. i stopped working out daily and started drinking daily.
i guess it started from a dumb set back i had and depression. i got drunk and ended up sleeping on one hand so i couldnt fully grip things for over a month. then i was severely depressed because i didnt get with a chick i swore was into that i really liked. drinking feels too good for my brain and i got carried away. im trying to just keep it for the weekends.

im not lying i actually can lift 135 with ease now. im quite surprised myself since i couldnt even do one rep a few years ago. keep lifting kid
Classic case of euros thinking they lift more in real units than they do. They also think they're lifting 3 pl8 when they do 140kg when 3 pl8 is actually closer to 143kg.
140 - seated with 70 pound dumbbells in each hand. I know standing is more alpha, but I stopped doing them because you get more front delt hypertrophy sitting, rather than standing.
135, maybe 140?
How long have you been gymcelling?
My arms.
I'll spot you.
50kg
How long have you been gymcelling?
On off for 15 years
I've been lifting for six years, but I lost my virginity at 18.
130# for 9, 3 sets within 5:00. Strict.
post body
50kg, I did 52.5kg for five strict reps last time. I’ve been stuck for ages and will probably never reach 1 plate albeit
How long have you been at it?
Like 2 years on and off. But im fat (25 bmi) and a manlet
135 for 8 reps
What 1RM is this equal to? I weigh 160 and I think straining for 1.5 plate will frick my shit up with 25% chance of injury
Should be able to press 160

125 for 10 but 135 for only 6
I want 2pl8 so bad im stuck at 185
135 for 9 today, almost 10. Not feeling my best, though, so maybe 145 for 8.
32.5lb dumbbells for 15, probably 37.5 for 7-10
50kg
50lb seated dumbbells for 8
I maxed out my gym at 50lbs dumbbells pretty quick. Might need to find a real gym at this point since I am just stuck adding volume.
Or you can get adjustable dumbbells and do it at home
Standing or seated?

Why did you start drinking everyday?

55lbs (barbell not dumbbell)
175x10
37.5kg dumbbells
115
60kg. I'm 65kg at 170cm
I think 40 kg or 50 kg
Can't remember
Used to OHP a lot more when I was a twink mode 20 year old
45 easily
55 for 1 set
I can get 8 reps out of 70kg but the 8th will be grindy. 10 with 65 for sure.
Eh, probably around 110 pounds with dumbells, seated. I've never done 7 rep maxes with OHP.
>6'3"
>185 pounds
WBU OP?
145-150 lbs
In the gym for 15 months.
110lbs

25lb dumbells. Been lifting consistently for 18 months.

Cool bro, I don't care whether you think I'm lying or not.
