    45kg for 6

you think front delts are a limiting factor if I can dips 15kg for 8 weighing 80, but cant bench 70kg for 8?

could be a mix of technique and front delt weakness. focus on keeping the bar as close as possible to your face and keeping a stable and upright posture for that upper pec recruitment

          > can you bench 80kg? low twitch homosexual? ha
Yes, I've done it for 2 and could probably do it for 3. Did 77.5kg for 4.

with OHP...check your grip and make sure you arent adding extra moment arm to the movement.

I am microloading mine 1lb jumps every session...slowly working up to a full plate...chinups will help drive it up.

grip has nothing to do with it. the body does a good job biomechanicslly of telling you when a grip width is a bad one for pressing if its uncomfortable, its a bad grip, and a good grip will be about shoulder width. if you feel a bias however or want to target a muscle group, then sliding an inch in the intended direction will do enough

Starting to add pin presses to sneak in more volume for that movement at the area where the bar slows.

Bar position in your hand plays a major role. If you wrist is all bent back in shitty position you add moment arm to the movement, thus deviating from a straight bar path.

When I was 28 I could do 1platelmao for 2 or 3 reps, but generally was doing only 50kg OHP. Currently I am content with 40kg and could barely lift 50 right now. More focused on maintaining what I have and not snapping my shit. But in general I think all people can achieve 1pl8 in 2-3 years.

Used to do 225x5, very strict. My OHP has gone up but I dont do heavy 5s anymore. Right now I could probably still must 225x5. If I worked at it I could probably get that close to 245x5?
