2.5 to 3.5 minutes rest between sets; usually 2 leading sets with 5 or 6 working and maybe 1 cooldown.
One shoulder/tris sesh would probably be:
ohp 8 sets
tricep/delt accessory superset 6 sets
Secondary front delt exercise 5-6 sets (could be dumbbell shoulder press, arnold press, seated ohp, seated smith ohp, possibly incline bench, etc)
tricep/delt accessory super set (or drop sets) 5-6 sets
Finish off with leg raises, cable crunches, stretching, foam rolling, maybe cardio. Depends on how long it took to get through the other shit and how much time I waste talking to gym people. >pic related; am a bit fatter now as am bulkin but still representative
