zero look up paul mason fiber on youtube.

I only eat it now because I'm getting shredded and it's hard to completely get satiated without it while also being in an adequate deficit.

Are you consuming carbohydrates besides dietary fiber? Are they above 20g total carbohydrates a day? If so, are they plant-based carbohydrates? If so, you should eat a pound of dietary fiber a day to quickly expedite your inevitable bowel destruction.

There’s no fiber in bananas or nuts.

How do you know that. Are you a banana? If yes tell me how many fibers you have banana

      Anonymous

Bananas are a good source of dietary fiber. The amount of fiber in a banana can vary depending on its size and ripeness. On average, a medium-sized banana (about 7 to 8 inches long) contains around 3 grams of dietary fiber. The majority of the fiber in bananas is soluble fiber, which can help regulate blood sugar levels and support digestive health.
