Just got my blood work back and my enzymes aren't looking too good. I got shit sleep the last two months with lots of smoking weed often right before bed. It's been a couple days of trying to correct it but I still don't feel right. I think it's going to be a long-term effort to get my body healthy.

My sleep is utterly fricked lately. Got supremely tired at 7 pm and went to bed at ten. Woke up at 4. Still gonna need to sleep again.
Probably 7 hours I tend to wake up early a lot
my 2 year old son woke up at 330am and made me watch construction equipment shows with him, i got him back to sleep at like 6am
