It is. I always assume people are either lying or misinformed about their height by an inch or. But in either case after a cut to 180 you can expect about 7-12 lbs of spring back from water retention and glycogen storage going back to normal and probably little weight gain from the post cut metabolic depression. Either way you cut to that point you'll be like 190ish after a couple weeks.
