I'm just gonna do OHP followed by shoulder isolations and then an extended set of pullovers to ltes to skullcrushers for my lats, chest, and triceps. Rest a few days and then deadlift followed by shrugs for the upper back and then a series of straight leg deadlifts for the hamstrings and forearms and cardio. I'll bench and squat when that becomes my weak point.
