      I’d go for peanut butter cause you’re getting fats and protein then. Just eat peanut butter all day
      >dip vegetables in it
      >put it on your sandwiches
      >eat it out of the jar with a spoon and a glass of milk

      peanut butter has oil and the word butter in the name
      it's easier and people have done it, no reason not to do this instead

      There are people who buy seven gallons of milk per week, and drink one gallon per day.
      For me drinking a gallon per day is difficult; drinking seven glasses of milk with heavy cream is easier; I'm gaining one pound per week

    teaspoon of oil is actually pretty effective. just toss that shit in with your protein shake, tastes like shit tho.

    peanut butter is very good for bulking. so is popcorn. whole milk is also good.

    Honestly as stupid as it sounds just eat your 3 meals and little by little add more food to each meal. progressive overload what you're eating, it worked for me.
