I've never understood twinks like you. I can literally eat 1500-2000kcal in one sitting. And I'm not talking about processed garbage, I'm talking meat, eggs, cheese and fruits. Dirty bulking would be even easier. Have you tried actually eating, not sniffing empty plate?

Wrong. If you want to bulk you need to eat constantly. Eat 5 or 6 times a day but don't eat until you're full, eat just enough that you'll be hungry 2 to 3 hours later.
Navigate yourself to a nearest mcdonalds and the sloppiest looking burger ther plus fries, cola and ice-cream. Repeat every day until you weigh 660 pounds. Which would be in about a year.
Here is my bulk:

>make big dinner with a minimum of 200g of meat everyday
>50g whey with full fat milk protein shake every day
>200g of cottage cheese everyday
>in addition I usually eat various snacks, boiled eggs, bananas, cured meats etc
Dinner is about 60 g protein, lunch is about 30-40 g protein, shake is 40g protein and cottage cheese is 26 g protein, which adds up to about 150 g protein everyday. Yet I am barely gaining weight and size, the frick am I doing wrong?

Dinner usually include 90g (dry weight) pasta, 90g (dry weight) rice or one whole big sweet potato or something similar. I don't have exact numbers for everything, but when I tracked what I eat in the past my macros where high in protein and fat, and low in carbs.

Easiest bulk would be 12 donuts divided into 4 servings of 3 taken with protein shake each time. The donuts is 2400cals protein will be whatever scoops and that ontop of three good meals of high protein high carb mid to low fat should get you gaining.
3 protein shakes per day is unhinged, man
your whole protein and donut plan should get you locked up, or perhaps even put down like a rabid dog

500g lean meat. 2L whole milk. This fulfils your protein. Now add whatever carbs and fats you like the most the fill up the rest of your calories.
I actually found it easier to bulk once I discovered that goyslop actually doesn't have that many calories compared to something you fry yourself in olive oil, EVOO really has a frick ton of calories, you can also add 2 table spoons of it to your protein shakes for breakfast and dinner and that's extra 300-400 calories of healty fat.
Steak + cheese for every meal. Easy.
breakfast - 6eggs sausage bacon onions and sandwiches with ham, cheese, tomato slices and salat
dinner - 500grams of rice/potato/pasta 300-500 grams of meat, add sauce and veggies
supper - tuna, or any other fish you can put on a sandwich
between meals you can eat fruits, nutts and chocolate
if it's still now enough add cheese
need more callories? Add mayo
need more protein? add eggs or drink protein shake (2-3scoops)
need fats? pour olive oil on veggies and salads and sandwiches, make eggs with butter

eat the power shake every morning. 2 bananas, milk, 100g welt oatmeal, milk, honey. peanut butter, eat separately, 2 tbsp. dirties the blender too much. forgot exact measurements but it was 1k cal total. I ate it last sep.
