    almost every body has enough arm muscle for them to look good, the issue is that unless your arms are 24" of pure muscle, then you'll need to lose a ton of fat before the definition becomes visible
    you look big and incredibly strong, you probably look incredible in a jacket or hoodie, but if you want arm definition, then losing bodyfat is the way to go

      6 plate dead and almost 3.5plate bench natural

      High frequency low volume high intensity.

        you have good genetics based on your size and lifts, but you're just too fat to look good shirtless right now
        LISS cardio can be boring, but it melts the fat off my body like nothing else, reducing my carbs also plays a big role as well, but you still need enough clean carbs in your diet to perform well at the gym

        Impressive strength but for fricks sake bro include arm isolations and cut some weight. Drop the weight and up the reps. You'll get huge by bringing up your volume with that level of strength
