also train forearms, you'll be surprised at how good you'll look when you build up your arms and delts a bit more and cut down to 15-20% bodyfat
you have good genetics based on your size and lifts, but you're just too fat to look good shirtless right now
LISS cardio can be boring, but it melts the fat off my body like nothing else, reducing my carbs also plays a big role as well, but you still need enough clean carbs in your diet to perform well at the gym
