Yeah if you're a soft c**t, I drink 8 cups of coffee a day and I sleep like a baby. I'm not advocating for it but each of us is different, there's no magic tricks here.

do you get any energy from coffee ?
I just drink it for the taste because it never gave me any energy, but I can drink some 30 minutes before going to bed and sleep fine

Only the first one in the morning gives me a boost of energy. I've been drinking coffee every day since middle school so I'm really used to it.

Go to sleep at 10 PM sadly
It works every time, I’m up at 7AM no alarm clock but you have to go to bed so early
    It’s a trade off

Sleep better. I've been waking up with Christmas morning energy most of my life. If anything stimulants slow you down when you make the habitual.

My energy is unlimited. And I'm still overweight. You all subhuman rats, that are anti-me, you should be shaking in your boots at the thought of me being lean. And I'm on the cut of a life time
    You've been warned

What is there to do once it's dark? Watch TV? Go out and "party"?

This. And no stimulants after midday.

For me coffee stops at 11 but I'll have some tea in the afternoon occasionally

Study. Unless you are a NEET parasite or somebody who already won the life game, there's no better time to study than during the dead silent of the night.

Study for what? My job that I already have? Yes I need to constantly learn for my work but we have weekly meetings just to study/learn/discuss anyways. Going to work early means I leave early and have more sunshine to go outside and enjoy life.

have your bed where the sunlight will reach you in the morning, sleep naked, keep the room cool, keep the room not too humid, go to sleep at the same hour every day, try nosestrips for nose breathing, learn how to properly use noise reducing earplugs. thats it.

It’s just a mindset. Wake up and say you have unlimited energy, boom it’s yours. I used to think I needed a certain number of hours to feel good, but lately I’ve been telling myself before bed that I’m only going to get 6 hours and it’s going to feel great. And I wake up before my alarm ready to go like magic

Idk how people work out at night. I have the most energy when I first wake up, then I slowly get more and more tired as the day goes on. If I don’t train in the morning then I don’t get a good lift

I don't ever drink coffee, and I stay up late most nights. Every morning without fail I am fully energized. No idea what causes this, but I'm not one to complain about it. Hell, I fricking love it.

You may be lacking purpose in your life. Do you remember when you were a kid and you leaped out of bed because something exciting was happening that day? For me it was field day or knowing I was going to get to see my high school crush. When you have purpose in life, you don’t want to stay in bed. Maybe you’re depressed. But that’s no excuse. When I was severely depressed I was still going to the gym and running at 5AM. You push through it and you acclimate.

    sleep disorders are REAL.
your cortisol levels are supposed to spike in the morning and gradually decrease until they are very low before bed. this does not work properly with everyone.
if you struggle to wake up or fall asleep, order an at-home cortisol test that can test your stress levels at different points in the day

Years of constantly improving my sleep habits. I'm not suggesting you should do the same. Always gets weird as soon as a women watches me for the first time.
    >mouth tape (avoids mouth breathing while I sleep and snoring)
    >WiFi gets turned off for the night
    >red lights at home after sundown
    >a glass of water mixed with magnesium and baking soda before sleep
    >I sleep on the carpet/floor, I just throw a mattress protector on the carpet
    >I plan to order a bed with tatami soon (probably also with a normal mattress for one side because I know women will hate sleeping in it)
    >bedroom is completely dark and no electronics in it
    >no screen time 1-2 hours before sleep

I have another question: how the FRICK do you people feel energized AFTER you workout? I trained today, like 1pm-3pm including 30 minutes of cardio. I'm completely drained, I do an intellectual job and I am half asleep. How can I keep going being productive and training?
