I deadlift for the under half and reverse/hammer curls for the top side. I've had comments about their size before.

bicep curls in fully externally rotated shoulder for only full bicep activation, only tendon curing bicep motion
trike is in greeting hitler - stand with one db, place elbow of not working arm on your knee (bend accordingly), stick ur elbow up and greet hitler with ur db - this is the only lateral head of trike isolation
EZ curls and skullcrushers. Both as heavy as your tendons can handle (which shouldn't be too heavy at all, just don't b***h out and lift baby weights).
If you want some forearms gains then do some pinwheel curls too, but in a different day from your EZ bicep curls because you can go way heavier on pinwheel curls so if you do them first you'll hurt your performance on EZ curls, if you do EZ curls first you'll hurt your performance on your pinwheel curls and have your biceps limit your forearm gains.

When I used to gym I never did bicep work instead thinking chin ups, deadlifts and rows would give them enough stimulation. Since restarting gym I started training biceps one day a week, usually some preacher curls on my pull day and I have seen extreme growth compared to before. I've realised that they can handle more than once a week too so I tend to train them twice a week, again on leg day. On my pull day I do preacher curls. On leg day I do preacher curls and I also hit up the cable bicep machine because it has multiple hand holds and I can hold it like I'm gripping a giant girthy dick in both hands and bringing it up towards my mouth to bite on and something something something to do with braccalus.
