How the fuck am I suppose to eat 3k-4k calories every single day?

I can barely get down 2k a day. Grains make my shit runny and I honestly can't afford to have chicken, steaks and salads every god damn day

      Eat a big breakfast of at least 1000 calories. After that it's easy as fuck

      I eat 6-7 boiled eggs for breakfast but that's just around 500-700 calories I think

        There are weight gainers that use more carb sources than just sugar, though these will tend to clump more and require a blender.

        TDEE calculators are literally impossible to be accurate other than a vague idea so try eating 2500-2600 per day and track weight daily averaging it over the week... if it's too fast lower slightly if it's too slow increase slightly

    Eat all of your normal shit, but add butter / olive oil. Also up your carbs. You need 1 g of protein per pound of body weight, the rest of your calories should come from carbs. Carbs create an insulin response and nutrients into the bloodstream. If the volume of carbs is too high, add fat.

    Also drink some calories with protein powder in it.

    Mix milk, greek yogurt, peanut butter, spinach, protein powder, and whatever flavors you like (cocoa powder for example) in a blender til it's creamy and thick. Feel free to add some raw eggs. Naturally, serve chilled. Throw in some honey or berries if you like as well. Then, eat it with dark bread with cheese and meat on it and little else. That should get you going.

    Honestly the only way I ever managed to bulk successfuly was after I got married and my wife dealt with the cooking. If it’s food you enjoy you can eat a lot of it.

    Knowing this i would advise single guys to try a lot of recipes, find the ones they love, and meal prep. If you have to cook every meal from scratch youre never going to gain weigh, too easy to skip. If you’re using shakes and fast food you’re going to get prediabetes among other things, and fuck yourself up.

      I've never been able to eat more than two eggs at a time, they're too heavy and nauseating. I find deviled eggs easier though, maybe try that.

      I'd find it hard to hit 2000kcal too if I had to avoid grains, assuming that includes stuff like bread, pasta, oats and lentils. But you could probably make up for it with high fat stuff like whole milk, butter, olive oil, and fatty meats like bacon and pork belly.

    Chicken breast is cool and all but is too lean, pork chops have more calories while having roughly the same amount of protein, peanut butter have lots of calories, whole milk instead of low-fat milk and so on, also drinking your calories is a lot easier than eating then, you can get easily +1000 calories with a shake of oats, milk, peanut butter and some fruit like a banana

    Fat has the most calories per gram. Add butter and olive oil to everything you eat. Eat lots of high fat seed butters with your meals. Drink calories in the form of shakes. Eat cheese wherever you can. Add it to eggs, salads, soups, and vegetables. Adding olive oil or butter with these as well makes calories go up.

    Make butter and or cream sauces for the meat and vegetables. Make a steak au pouivre and broccoli with butter and Parmesan. Pork chops with Dijon cream pan sauce and potatoes loaded with cheese and butter.

    If you're desperate add sugar. Bread, oatmeal, rice and potatoes can easily add calories, especially combined with fat. Snack. Go to the fridge and eat a bite of bread with butter. Get a slice of two of sourdough and cover it with olive oil and cheese. Eat with a handful of pecans and a couple olives. There, that's 500-600 calories easily with a handful of food. If you're getting your macros in, eat dessert at night. Cheesecake, ice cream, brownies, flan, whatever.
