Drink milk with every meal
Eat more eggs
Snack more, follow bugez' golden tidbit where he advocates carrying a fanny pack full of snacks and munching them all day (also honey & seeded bagels)
Do what says. Start with a foundation something like the attached. Add stuff to it until you start gaining weight. Doesn't matter what. Not crap. Healthy food with a high caloric value. Olive Oil, Greek Yogurt. Extra Milk. Extra eggs. Track your weight, track your eating. If your weight isn't going up, add more calories. Keep going.
You actually in an excellent position because if gaining weight is hard for you then you can just go on a cut & try and get shredded like a contest ready natural bodybuilder - at some point along the way it will get hard, and that's the point where you'll be able to eat enough calories to gain weight without trying too hard, & you'll just be able to exist in that window. Small eaters like you generally fluctuate between 14 and 18% body fat, struggling to eat enough to bulk, when what you should be doing is fluctuating between 8 and 12% body fat and not struggling to bulk.
So you're saying you've barely got any fat whatsoever on your body? You've already got great definition and just no muscle? If not then lose some more fat & watch your appetite appear. If you're already very lean and have no appetite then it's a medical issue & the best I can do is suggest you seek help with a medical professional
This is good advice
If you want to be 200 lb easy 200g protein a day and don't worry about anything else
You might struggle to eat that much but you won't get fat and you will put on muscle if you lift
Learn to cook. Start breading and deep frying your chicken thighs. Learn to make fresh bread. Eat steaks. Learn to properly par boil and roast potatoes
Candy and chicken. For me personally, after the protein intake is handled I go for ice cream, cheese fries, or donuts. >dirty bulk
It doesn’t make a significant difference as long as you’re hitting your protein and total caloric goal.
Bro if you think 2500 is hard, I've got another thing coming for you. I need to eat AT LEAST 3600 - 4000kcal to gain weight. Anything under that and my weight stays the same.

If you're struggling with calories, add more fat into your diet. Fat is the lowest volume per calorie so you can eat a lot of it without getting full.
