The only mogging you should be concerned with us mogging your previous self.
    Anything else is irrelevant.
I'm currently doing my driver's license at age 30, can't imagine how much of an anxiety ridden wreck I'd be if I spent time thinking about how much of a loser I am when kids half my age are driving and I'm still learning.

22 is fine, you have 4 or 5 years of prime testosterone left to pack on muscle mass, get to it.

Most guys who lift or play sports in high school eventually give up and become couch potatoes. The tortoise beats the hare here, if you're consistent with fitness for long enough you're gonna end up mogging almost everyone around you

where are all of these jacked 18 year olds who "mog" you?
Are you really this fat and dyel that you think some college freshman who played football for a while in high school is years ahead of you in progress?

god so my homosexuals in this board. who fricking cares? started at 30, 2 years ago, and now i look better than 95% of people

Started at 18, quit at 20, started again at 28, now 29 and stronger than I was at 20 (1/2/3/4 all for 3-5 reps minus the squat) at a lower body weight.
I'd go so far to say that anywhere around 20-40 really doesn't matter, it's time spent doing intelligent lifting/eating consistently. Yes a 18 year old is going to be more injury resilient than a 35 year old, but he's also more likely to be inconsistent and lift like a tard.

I started at 21. I'm 22 now and mog the frick of myself from one year ago. I also think you're a pussy. The best argument I can give is that if you start now, at 23 you will mog the current you, and you'll find that the 23 year old poster who will inevitably post the same thing you did a year from now is a pussy. Get going champ.

I don't care who your dad is, If I knew your dad Id smack him one and make him man you back up. Then you'd be talking with the men. It all starts with your weak mindset, boy. You probably want to put the world in a big bubble and not hurt anyone's feelings. Well that aint gonna happen with me around, boy.

people with negative mindsets like you are so pathetic you are almost beyond hope or saving. If you start lifting and working out "later" in your early 20s or mid 20s, it dosnt have to be a glass half empty thing. Your body is stronger in your early 20s than when you're younger. So you probably are less likely to get hurt if you start weightlifting at 22. you also are smarter because your brain is more developed, so it should take you less time to learn and research shit as well. there are people who start working out at like 40 who end up with great bodies but for them its an uphill battle because theyre middleaged. so be happy that you arent in that circumstance.
