        Spot reduction is not real. Just count calories and make sure it's below your TDEE. If it doesn't work, lower the calorie go and do it for a few weeks and see if you lost weight. If you did, keep going.

          I'm losing 1kg/week is that good? According to the internet that's a dangerous amount of weight loss but that seems like bullshit to me.
          Also I'm not talking spot reduction but if I build up my pec muscles shouldn't that help firm my chest up?

            That's not dangerous. Fasting until dinner and eating well will make you lose a few pounds a week and that's healthy if you're covering your nutrients. You're doing well my friend, and yes, chest workouts will help firm and shape the fat as it shrinks. If you have somewhere private like a backyard where you can sunbathe, you can increase your testosterone and get better fat distribution as well as get better IST results. I trust your diet is good? Eating eggs, no seed oils, etc?

      Yes, I'm eating eggs and chicken, oats veggies, I try to avoid seed oils as much as I can but sometimes I can't afford butter at the end of the month and I'm forced into using sunflower oil or margerine.
      Don't have a place to sunbathe, would taking 4000IU of vit d every day work?

        Eggs should be giving you enough vitamin D assuming you don't spend your whole day inside. The sun exposure itself increases testosterone independently of the vitamin D, which also helps (https://academic.oup.com/endo/article-abstract/25/1/7/2772602?redirectedFrom=fulltext&login=false) but it's not a big deal if you can't, it just adds to your progress. Sounds like you're on a good track anon, it will just take time. First to come on is the last to come off as they say. Have you looked into buying tallow? Nothing will be cheaper than the bad oils but my local stores sell large tallow containers for cheaper than butter. Even non-virgin olive oil is better. But whatever you can do, keep at it consistency is key

    Just eat 2,000 calories a day, with at least 180g of protein, until you're at your desired weight. Probably take 8 months if you're strict, a year if you're not so strict.
