Spot reduction is not real. Just count calories and make sure it's below your TDEE. If it doesn't work, lower the calorie go and do it for a few weeks and see if you lost weight. If you did, keep going.

Yes, I'm eating eggs and chicken, oats veggies, I try to avoid seed oils as much as I can but sometimes I can't afford butter at the end of the month and I'm forced into using sunflower oil or margerine.
