I’m not sure. I tried looking into into but couldn’t find anything useful. I guess you can just force yourself to have a straight back until it becomes normal but other than that I believe that the solution to this problem will remain a myth.
>I guess you can just force yourself to have a straight back until it becomes normal
phyiscally not possible. The hip flexors are so used to contraction that the brain loses the ability to relax them at all.
You need to do a shit ton of work loosening up and strengthening your hip flexors to even have a chance of fixing this.
PNF stretching is one of the good ones.

That's all meme shit by ad-farm websites written by interns. I haven't been able to successfully google for opinionated or fitness stuff for years now that forums are dead. I want actual success stories
Less sitting. More standing. More moving. Get a firm mattress and sleep on your back.
it's a lordosis bro, you can fix it by simply fixing your posture. i used to look like this too, at first it was a bit weird but i got used to standing straight with a normal posture
It's 100% fixable. You need to bring your ribcage down and into your body instead of flaring out. If when you stand up straight you can see the outline of your ribs you are in fight or flight mode. There are breathwork therapists that can help you solve this. Unironically I think after I solved this my test went up 100pts. PABR Institute
What do you need to activate? Guessing lower abs and glutes to move pull up front and pull down back of your pelvis?
Legit nobody has every fixed this. Do ab work, do glute work, and constantly and consciously fix your posture
Stretch for 8 hours. Get stronger glutes, hamstrings and lower back. One great exercise is glute bridge, but with your knees bent at a larger degree. That way you'll target your hamstrings which is weak for almost everyone who sits a lot.
Pretty sure its usually from weak glutes and hip flexors, so work those, do deadlifts, do squats
abs and glutes.
I fixed my ATP but it honestly feels like it lowered my lung capacity. Like I can never get a full breath anymore.
Started rooning recently (sprint interval+tons of walking) and I think it's doing wonders for my posture. Will report back in 6 months.
if you sit a lot, raise your monitor height and bring it to you so you don't slouch all day
"APT" as a pathology doesn't exist, the pelvis is naturally "anteriorly tilted". What people think of as lordosis is not a curvature in the lower back but the mid back. The pic related in the op is not even a realistic posture that anyone has except for Instagram thots. Furthermore you won't have perfect posture if your ribcage improperly developed, improper breathing causes improper growth in the ribcage and thus forces the body into a more hunched position rather than being fully elongated. Posture is fixed through a conscious effort to change your habits by losing the compensations, what is left after is your natural posture. You can do this through meditation by learning to relax and do nothing, allowing your body to find it's equilibrium.

These exercises fixed my APT - I do frog stretch and the leg crossover. Only took a couple of weeks and feels amazing
