I usually eat within a bracket of 4 hours and don't for 20 hours, typically takes me about 10 minutes to eat. I've been doing this for all of my life, I pretty much eat the same thing every day which is 1 lb. of lean steak and 2 lb. of potatoes. Sometimes if I'm really starved I'll have a serving or 2 of white rice. I might have a small cup of yogurt and a banana in the later evening before bed just as a desert, maybe once a week I do this.
I work out for about an hour, 6 to 7 days a week. Sprinting, heavy lifting, bodyweight, fighting, a lot of HIT.

You need to do keto.
Your problem is your body is not cannibalizing the empty fat cells so they are sat there, probably full of water, making you look fat when you aren't. The only way to fix this is to enter ketogenesis and force your body to use its reserve fuel cells for energy.
You can do this by fasting or simply cutting out all carbs. Fasting is the more extreme even dangerous option but it will also work. Once your enter ketogenesis your body will expend the reserve fat cells and you will even have more energy as a bonus rather than peaking and being tired later.
