Eat quark
>cottage cheese or meat
Meat, thank you.
Is cottage cheese great?
YES
Better than meat?
NO
Pound a shot of vodka and eat the cheese.
Make it yourself, store-bought stuff is terrible.
Hot sauce
Store bought is fine
Same
Don't be a pussy. They range from "fine" to "good"
Recipe?
Put some fruit in it.
I always eat 200grams cottage cheese 100 grams fruit.
Cut it yourself or just buy a can of mixed fruits.
Maple syrup, you're welcome.
Put it in a blender moron
I just put black pepper on it. I frickin love cottage cheese bros.
came here to say this, I'll never understand why people feel the need to sweeten and add fruit to yogurt and cottage cheese. Have it as a small side with meals if you have trouble eating a full portion at once.
same
sometimes i have pineapple on the side
cayenne pepper works too
This, with paprika and some salt on a toasted everything bagel, I'm nuttin
Buy small curd, large curd is disgusting. Cottage cheese is a god-tier food, I'm eating some right now in my oatmeal. You can put anything in it. I like it with sardines and some lemon juice. Sometimes I'll do peanut butter and a little bit of honey. If you can't find a way to make cottage cheese taste good (which it's good on its own too), then you are big gay moron.
Hmmm....
If I eat more meat, I'll need less cottage cheese...
That settles, it, more meat for me.
I mix dry large curd cottage cheese generously with sour cream and add lots of salt
Tastes pretty good
Put it in a blender. I do this and use it in all sorts of recipes in place of other dairy products.
One good one is to mix it with pasta of your choice, sundried tomatoes and sauted garlic spinach and chicken, gives it a nice creamy/Alfredo flavor (clearly a bulking meal)
My only problem is they never seem to sell it in large enough tubs. Only these tiny-ass containers that barely last two eatings.
>WWI version of eat ze bugs
I would've eaten more meat
Salt it relatively heavily. If you don't like cheese, you won't like cottage cheese. If you do like cheese, ask yourself what you like about it, and compare it to cottage.
Is this board as moronic as /b/? Getting the vibe.
Protip:
Make Protein Pancakes und fill them with cottage cheese. This is surprisingly quite nice.
Recipe:
1 Egg
~2 Eggwhites or 50g Eggwhite liquid
30g Caseine without flavor (Needs to be caseine, because whey makes the pancake too dry)
10g Gelatine
add lowfat milk, untill the consistency is right.
There you have 3-4 Pancakes and ~290kcal, 48g Proteins, 10g carbs, 8g fats.
Equal parts oats, egg whites, cottage cheese. Dash of baking powder & vanilla, cinnamon and stevia to taste. Make pancakes
you don't. Why subject yourself to food you do not like, when there are plenty of similar alternatives with just as good of micro/macro nutrient values?
You probably have granulated cottage cheese, usually that's what they have in western countries. You can blend it if you want. I add either marmalade or jam or something in it, it's awesome. Can also add cinnamon. Can make crepes with cottage cheese. It's real good, but again westerners don't know what to do with it. Blueberry conserve goes damn good.
You make a meat stew or a chili and you put the cottage cheese on it as a topping. It tastes good that way.
I just mix protein powder into mine, works better than I thought it would
i just eat it as a spread on wheat thins
I make my own cottage cheese with microbial rennet I purchased off amazon.
1 liter of milk provides 300 grams of cottage cheese on average and also provides me with a half liter of liquid whey.
When I make soups I replace all of the liquid with the whey and it imparts a delicious tanginess and acidity to whatever I'm making.
It also takes less than half an hour to go from warming the milk to storing the cottage cheese in the fridge, which will last me a good week and a half before going bad.
I exclusively eat flesh because it's superior in fat.
It says right on your pic, a postal card will bring you recipes.
Wait for that to come.
