I'm 6'1", 160lb with about 15% body fat. I've been cutting and trying to get to 7% before I start bulking so I don't end up looking fat, but it seems like some muscle groups are being reduced swell. I've been working all groups every other day, monday wednesday and friday, yet it's still fading? what am I missing.

You might get some noob gains to your abs, but they take a long time to grow and trying to grow them in such an extreme cut is going to be impossible.
So then what do you suggest I do? Just cut until im not that flabby anymore and then bulk?
Try lifting some fricking weights and putting on some muscle. What's a cut going to do for you besides show more of your emaciated body?
putting on muscle requires caloric surplus, burning fat requires caloric deficit. I have actual flabs and and I can't get rid of those without a deficit. I'm thinking just working the muscle groups while in a deficit would make abs visible no?
Post body, you're probably not even flabby now and just thought your abs will pop if you go lower without having the muscle for it. 160lbs at 6'1" is skelly as frick.
Forgot to say, you should also bulk slowly instead of trying to cut further.

How much protein are you getting? Also, if you're natty, there's no way to go that low without some major muscle loss. Even going down to 12% would be too much if you are as light as you already are.
I had like 130 grams of protein. ate egg whites, one and a half chicken breasts, and a lentils stew.

You could post body but I doubt it, that's probably just skin. There's no room in 160lb to have flab at 6'1, you should bulk or at minimum do a maintenance phase if you insist on it.

Anon, could you post your body real quick, just so we can see what we're working with.
Generally, you stop at 10-12%. There is no benefit to cutting further than that, especially not at your weight. Anything below 10% kills your testosterone and absolutely shreds muscle unless your diet is on point.
