Change your socks, wear foot powder if your feet get sweaty, take a shower, go barefoot when in your home or just socks, lotion your feet. Stop being gross.
i used hydrocortizone with good results. if it persists ask your doctor for a stronger steroid cream. one time i ended up getting prescribed mometasone furoate 0.1% cream and that's worked for me since then
This. And don't forget to wash your socks and shoes, plus disinfect your shower, or you'll reinfect yourself. If the cream doesn't work, you can soak your feet in (highly diluted!!) bleach, always works for me
Get the spray if its on your feet. If its on your ass use an exfoliating cloth on it in the shower and then Amlactin lotion. Also don't wear anything polyester that directly touches your skin.
Had it for years and tried every cream going - some kept it at bay (just) and others did nothing.
In desperation I looked around for more wacky solutions and found the suggestion for castor oil.
That took care of it in a couple of weeks.
Cotton socks were a big part of the solution for me. Make sure all of your socks are 100% cotton. If you are not wearing socks, then start. You need to disinfect your shower floor, wash/disinfect your shoes, and disinfect (not just wash) your socks. If you are using a community shower, then you need to get religious about shower shoes, keeping them separate from everything, and disinfecting them. Seriously, though, you need to try the cotton socks.

Be a nerd like me.
I hate when I express an insightful opinion and people say “shut up and dribble you jock” due to my height and athletic physique
I don't really mind, but I do get the
>you can fix my computer, right?
antifungal cream

i just spray my ass.
stings a bit but works well
I went through like 5 cans of that bullshit before realizing it was something else. If it doesn't go away after 2 weeks do the shower thing.
